121 Days of Prayer

The purposes of this prayer are: Holiness/Righteousness, Justice, End Times/The Second Coming of Jesus.

Righteous Lord, Isaiah prophesied of the Messianic age (“See, a king will reign in righteousness,” Isaiah 32:1 NIV) when the Israelites would be able to see clearly the evil of the people in their midst and thus would be able to avoid them: “Then the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed, and the ears of those who hear will listen. The mind of the rash will know and understand, and the stammering tongue will be fluent and clear. No longer will the fool be called noble nor the scoundrel be highly respected. For the fool speaks folly, his mind is busy with evil: he practices ungodliness and spreads error concerning the Lord; the hungry he leaves empty and from the thirsty he withholds water. The scoundrel’s methods are wicked, he makes up evil schemes to destroy the poor with lies, even when the plea of the needy is just. But the noble man makes noble plans, and by noble deeds he stands.” Isaiah 32:3–8 (NIV). Heavenly Father, when Jesus returns, and after the old heavens and the old earth have passed away, Jesus will rule over your heavenly kingdom with justice and righteousness. Evildoers will be excluded from the New Jerusalem: “Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.” Revelation 22:15 (NIV). Lord, help us to remain faithful to Jesus. Amen.
