121 Days of Prayer
Let’s Stop Condemning Each Other
The purposes of this prayer are: Holiness/Righteousness, Friendship/Fellowship, Intercession and Lovingkindness.
Eternal Father, one of Paul’s purposes in writing his letter to the Romans was to quell criticism of other believers in Jesus, writing, “So why do you condemn another believer? Why do you look down on another believer? Remember, we will all stand before the judgement seat of God. For the Scriptures say, ‘’As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bend to me, and every tongue will declare allegiance to God.’’ Yes, each of us will give a personal account to God. So let’s stop condemning each other. Decide instead to live in such a way that you will not cause another believer to stumble and fall.” Romans 14:10–13 (NLT). Lord, help us to only be supportive of our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ and not a stumbling block to them. We pray that you bless our brothers and sisters. Increase their faith in you and increase our faith in you. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
